About the role

Autronica Fire & Security AS is seeking a motivated and independent Cyber Security Specialist to join our organization. It is a new role where you will shape Autronica's cyber security support processes and will become a part of the Product Management group. In this role you will have a unique opportunity to define new offerings opening new growth opportunities for Autronica. As a Cyber Security Specialist you will provide the support to the sales & project teams, product managers as well as our customers in cyber security related questions and represent Autronica in Carrier’s Cyber Security organization. The role can be based in any of Autronica’s offices in Norway.


Your responsibilities as a Cyber Security Specialist will be to:

  • Develop and maintain standard work processes to ensure cyber security compliance for our product and system deliveries.
  • Define and implement the cyber security strategy and requirements for our Product Portfolio for future product developments and ensure life cycle compliance.
  • Monitor cyber security industry/market trends and ensure compliance to applicable standards and regulations.
  • Train Autronica’s customer facing teams and project organization on cyber security.
  • Participate in cross functional development/project teams.
  • Support sales events and actions when required.


Qualifications we are looking for:

We are looking for a Specialist who demonstrates strong administrative and organizational skills. You pay attention to detail and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills both internally and working with the customers.

  • Relevant education: bachelor or master’s degree in IT.
  • Experience from the Cyber Security domain.
  • Experience in IT Sales or IT product management roles.
  • Experience with full life cycle industrial products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Norwegian is an advantage.

Nice if you also have:

  • Experience with Standards & Regulations.
  • Experience with embedded safety systems.
