日本キヤリアの前身は、東芝キヤリア。東芝の空調事業部と、東洋キヤリア（キャリア日本法人）の合弁企業として、1999年設立。

2022年2月、東芝グループから離れ、世界空調大手のキヤリアグループの一員となり、

2024年5月に、社名を、日本キヤリア（株）に変更。本社を、川崎から大崎に移転し、

【担当業務】

 ■業務用空調機器・冷蔵機器・産業機器向けのコンプレッサーの営業活動（商談、顧客折衝、輸出販売）

■日本の製造／開発拠点と連携した内部調整など

■販売先：日本・中国・タイ・欧州・アメリカ　（海外グループ企業、国内外の顧客）

【具体的業務】

■日本工場にて生産されるコンプレッサーの国内販売・輸出販売

■顧客要望に応じた商品提案・納期調整・価格折衝・品質対応等

■市場分析や競合他社分析を通じた、新規顧客の開拓活動や製品企画

■海外顧客（海外グループ会社含む）との連携、日本拠点との仲介

＜経験・スキル＞

【必須要件】

■法人営業の経験

■英語力（日常会話レベル以上）

【歓迎要件】

■メーカー・商社での営業経験、特にデバイス等の部品営業経験

■貿易実務の経験や知識

【他特記事項】

■電子・電機・機械業界、とくに、空調機器・冷蔵機器・産業機器での経験があると、尚歓迎

■海外顧客・海外現地法人との業務経験があると、尚歓迎

■数年後にはチームリーダー、マネージャへの昇格候補者として採用します。

■海外出張あり：3～6か月に1回　（米国・欧州・アジア）

■キャリアパス：社内公募制度あり（日本・アジアグループ内）

■在宅勤務率：60～80％
