About the role

Work with the Business Development Manager to develop and execute the growth strategy for Singapore.

Role Responsibilities:

• Work with the Business Development Manager to develop and execute the growth strategy for the built-environment sector in Singapore

• Establish and maintain good relationships with consultants, key accounts and identify business opportunities through customer visitation.

• Manage individual sales pipeline and provide regular, accurate sales forecasts.

• Support customers in HVAC system design, by providing technical support with Carrier’s wide range of sustainable solutions (Chillers, VRF, Airside)

• Identify opportunities for campaigns and services, using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.

• Learn and understand the latest code & standard for air-conditioning, provide updates to owners & consultants

• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, networking events and attend company meetings.

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or Science preferred.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

• Good communication and willing to learn attitude.

• Likes to network and problem solving.

• Previous experience in HVAC fields will be preferred.

• Training is provided.
