The role

In this role, you will be responsible for Processing Customer order in accordance with company policies and Procedures, Responsible for the day-to-day Order management functions, managing ERP to ensure a seamless Order processing. You will act as a key contact for Sales team, Third Pary Logistics & customers in contributing to smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction. 

Key responsibilities

We are looking for a team orientated Sales Administrator with the ability to provide an excellent experience to internal client and our clients in the field. Therefore, you will;

  • Process customer orders in accordance with company policies and procedures

  • Creation of Orders & Invoicing to customer in ERP(SAP)

  • Responsible for administering all sales support functions, to aid in ensuring Company goals and objectives are achieved as per targets.

  • Required to Liaise with Finance, Logistics, and Sales team for Credit approval, incoming shipments & Site deliveries

  • Co-ordinate with service/ Local Vendor for Local Works

  • Co-ordinate with 3PL Warehouse for arranging Customer site deliveries.

Requirements:

To be successful in this opportunity as a minimum you must have:

  • 2-5 year Work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support

  • Working on ERP, preferably SAP will be added advantage

  • Hands on experience with CRM Software

  • Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel/Word.

  • Exceptional Data analysis skills

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

  • Ability to work under strict deadlines
