Position Overview:

Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for driving revenue growth and fostering client relationships? Sensitech is seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager to spearhead revenue acquisition, execution, and client account development within UK&I. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of selling our cutting-edge portfolio of products and services, utilizing virtual platforms and phone communications to connect with clients across various markets.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Inside Sales Account Manager UK&I, your primary duties will include:

  • Proactively achieving annual revenue growth and territory quotas through strategic outbound outreach and follow-ups on qualified leads.
  • Cultivating relationships with existing clients and driving account growth within the assigned territory.
  • Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through a combination of inbound lead follow-up, cold calls, and targeted email campaigns.
  • Conducting thorough market research to pinpoint key players and market trends, enabling strategic decision-making.
  • Crafting compelling proposals and quotes tailored to prospective clients' needs and requirements.
  • Collaborating closely with regional account managers to maximize account potential and drive overall revenue growth.
  • Serving as a liaison between clients and our Product Marketing Management team, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.

Qualifications and Skills:

We're looking for candidates who possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) coupled with 3-5 years of demonstrated success in sales, preferably within the life science cold chain logistics and supply chain industry.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and demos both online and in-person.
  • Strong proficiency in English, with additional language skills considered a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM software or similar platforms is highly desirable.
  • A strategic mindset, coupled with the ability to execute tactical plans to achieve financial goals.
  • Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time management abilities.
  • A collaborative spirit and a track record of thriving in cross-functional team environments.

Beneficial Skills and Experience:

Candidates with the following additional qualifications will be given preference:

  • In-depth knowledge of supply chain and logistics dynamics within the Life Sciences sector.
  • Prior experience in temperature-controlled logistics and familiarity with GDP requirements.
  • Previous exposure to multinational corporate environments.
