Job Responsibilities:

  • Allocate resources to address production equipment breakdowns.

  • Provide response and support to internal customers.

  • Standardize and improve preventive maintenance plans.

  • Plan and coordinate Preventive Maintenance (PM), Corrective Maintenance (CM), and weekend maintenance activities.

  • Supervise tasks assigned to in-house technicians and external suppliers.

  • Manage assigned personnel (shift schedules, vacations, coverage, etc.).

  • Attend Tier meetings during the assigned shift and submit daily reports.

  • Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for top issues in the area, follow up on action items, and generate improvement plans.

  • Close work orders and assign tasks through the maintenance management system (CMMS).

  • Implement cost-saving and efficiency improvement initiatives.

  • Ensure team compliance with EH&S guidelines.

  • Manage resources allocated by management.

  • Maintain departmental KPIs within target (MTTR, MTBF, Downtime, Cost, PM Compliance).

Job Objective:

Responsible for leading and managing the assigned maintenance technicians to ensure proper operation of production equipment.
Provide technical guidance and support when required, ensuring execution and quality of assigned maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance and execution of Preventive and Corrective Maintenance activities in alignment with departmental objectives.
Develop and execute plans to reduce equipment downtime and ensure high equipment availability.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor.

  • Availability to work rotating shifts.

Technical Skills:

  • Hydraulics (diagnostics and diagram interpretation).

  • Mechanical systems.

  • Pneumatics.

  • Electrical systems.

  • Electrical control systems.

  • PLCs (Allen Bradley / Siemens).

  • Robotics (Yaskawa / FANUC).

  • Interpretation of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics.

  • LOTO (Lockout/Tagout).

Soft Skills:

  • Effective communication.

  • Problem analysis and resolution.

  • Planning and task organization.

  • Project management.

  • Decision-making.

  • Teamwork.

Languages:

  • Intermediate to Advanced English (Preferred).
