About the role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Project Leader with strong project management experience and deep knowledge of supply chain and engineering processes. This role is critical to driving strategic initiatives that deliver significant cost savings and improve productivity. You will lead multiple cross-functional projects, influence internal teams and external vendors, and ensure objectives are met with excellence. Your work will directly impact operational efficiency and customer value.

Key Responsibilities

As a Supply Chain Project Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading cost-saving projects in collaboration with Supply Chain, Operations, and Engineering teams

  • Coordinating project team meetings to review progress, secure commitment to milestones, and manage dependencies

  • Tracking and managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a big-picture view of the program

  • Analyzing data to identify risks, propose effective solutions, and ensure objectives are achieved

  • Communicating project status clearly and effectively to senior leadership

  • Anticipating scope changes and risks, leading proactive discussions to mitigate impacts

  • Developing concise, actionable reports for executive updates

  • Acting as the single source of truth for project status

  • Driving execution with a results-oriented mindset: “making the news rather than reporting the news”

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field

  • Business-level conversational English (oral and written)

  • Experience using project planning tools such as Microsoft Project

  • Strong problem-solving, creative thinking, and time management skills

  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks effectively

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in supply chain or project management, with a proven track record in process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement

  • Experience in supply chain project management, manufacturing, or engineering

  • Solid knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices

  • Technical acumen to collaborate with engineering teams on technical projects

  • PMP certification or equivalent

  • Availability to travel (valid visa)
