Summary

The Supply Chain Program Manager (PMO) is an experienced professional with strong technical expertise in Supply Chain Management and project execution. This role is responsible for leading and coordinating moderately sized, cross‑functional supply chain projects that have a significant impact on business strategy, cost, quality, and operational performance.

The role focuses on driving process improvements, supporting sourcing and supplier development initiatives, and ensuring successful execution of supply chain programs aligned with organizational goals.

About the Role

As a Supply Chain Program Manager, you will play a key role in driving supply chain excellence by leading strategic and operational projects across sourcing, supplier development, cost optimization, and new product launches. Your work will directly impact efficiency, cost competitiveness, and supplier performance while supporting Carrier’s long‑term supply chain strategy.

Key Responsibilities

As a Supply Chain Program Manager (PMO), you will be responsible for:

  • Execute key elements of supply chain programs, managing scope, timelines, costs, and risks in alignment with business strategy.

  • Lead cross‑functional projects related to sourcing, supplier development, quality, engineering, and cost reduction.

  • Identify gaps in supply chain processes, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to closure.

  • Support sourcing activities by gathering and analyzing raw material pricing from primary and secondary sources.

  • Identify opportunities for outsourcing, cost reduction, and supply chain optimization.

  • Implement and enforce vendor management guidelines and governance.

  • Support planning, procurement, and warehousing processes as required.

  • Ensure compliance with import, export, and excise regulations.

  • Drive structured project management practices, ensuring clear communication, stakeholder alignment, and on‑time delivery.

  • Support new product introductions (NPI) and supply chain design initiatives.

Requirements

We are looking for a proactive, structured, and results‑driven professional with strong project management and supply chain capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, PMO, Sourcing, or Operations
    OR
    Advanced degree in a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).

  • Strong experience managing and implementing projects.

  • Advanced Excel skills.

  • Strong presentation skills (Microsoft Office).

  • Solid understanding of sourcing, supplier development, cost management, quality, and engineering collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP (preferred).

  • Experience with Ariba (preferred).

  • Knowledge of Windchill.

  • Experience using Power BI for reporting and analysis.

  • Background in:

    • Supplier development

    • New product launches

    • Supply chain design and production environments

  • Strong critical thinking skills with a structured approach to project execution.
