About the role

We are seeking an experienced professional to support supplier performance analytics and supply chain decision-making. Your work will help strengthen supplier performance, enhance supply chain resilience, and support the organization’s operational goals through advanced analytics, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Supply Chain Analytics, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Analyzing supplier performance metrics such as On-Time Delivery (OTD), throughput, recovery performance, capacity utilization, and quality trends to identify risks and improvement opportunities.

  • Supporting the execution and refinement of supplier segmentation and risk scoring models to monitor supplier health and operational performance.

  • Building and maintaining dashboards, performance scorecards, and visualizations that enable data-driven operational and strategic decision-making.

  • Supporting scenario modeling and providing analytical inputs into the SIOP cycle, including supply risks, supplier constraints, and capacity gaps.

  • Ensuring data integrity across systems and preparing reports and analyses used in supplier reviews, executive updates, and risk management discussions.

Requirements

We are looking for people who are analytical, detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working with complex datasets in dynamic supply chain environments. If this is you, get in touch.

As a minimum you must have:

  • 5–7+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, supplier operations, procurement, or related supply chain roles.

  • Strong data analysis capabilities with experience using visualization tools and interpreting operational KPIs.

  • Understanding of supplier performance dynamics, capacity management concepts, and supply chain operational metrics.

  • Experience managing large datasets and supporting cross-functional teams within supply chain or operations environments.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

  • Experience supporting SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) processes through analytical insights and scenario modeling.

  • Experience collaborating with supplier development or supplier management teams to track improvement and recovery initiatives.

  • Advanced degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Analytics, or a related discipline.
