  • Managing capital projects above USD $1M, from concept validation through production release.

  • Developing and delivering the annual Material Productivity savings plan and building a 3‑year technology roadmap.

  • Partnering cross‑functionally with Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, and external integrators to ensure project success.

  • Leading technical reviews, design validation, benchmarking, supplier evaluations, and subsystem qualification.

  • Maintaining regulatory compliance and agency certifications (ETL/UL), ensuring accuracy of certification files.

  • Coaching and mentoring engineers across multiple manufacturing sites, supporting technical development and issue resolution.

  • Driving continuous improvement, corrective actions, and robust engineering practices across product lifecycles.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of certification and compliance processes (ETL, UL).

  • Proven technical leadership experience, including mentoring engineers and leading peer reviews.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in a global, cross‑functional environment.

  • Although not required, it would be nice if you have:

  • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

  • Familiarity with HVAC/R systems and control methodologies.
