About the role
As a Senior Supervisor, Industrial Engineering, you will lead the Industrial Engineering function and drive a culture of Continuous Improvement across the organization. You will spearhead Kaizen, VSM, and SMED initiatives, develop team capabilities, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and operational performance. This role serves as a key change agent, promoting innovation, efficiency, and sustainable business results.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Supervisor, Industrial Engineering, you'll be responsible for:
Lead the Industrial Engineering department.
Develop and implement continuous improvement projects.
Coordinate Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and SMED events.
Requirements

As a minimum you must have:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Continuous Improvement.
At least 2 years of experience leading and developing teams.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Conversational English proficiency.
