About the role
We are seeking a results‑driven Senior Associate, Supply Chain Management professional to support the Control Box Division. This on‑site role is responsible for purchasing, materials planning, supplier coordination, and ensuring the availability of components for HVAC and refrigeration control box production.
This position plays a key role in supporting production continuity, optimizing inventory levels, and maintaining efficient supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Associate, Supply Chain Management you will be responsible for:
Collaborating with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Scheduling, Production, Customer Service, Quality, Sourcing, Finance, Shipping/Receiving, Engineering) to support efficient supply chain operations.
Managing assigned commodities, including planning, purchasing, and expediting components to meet production and sales schedules.
Maintaining optimal inventory levels and ensuring on‑time delivery through accurate purchase orders and supply agreements.
Analyzing MRP and SAP data to support inventory objectives and supplier performance.
Creating reports and conducting root‑cause analysis to identify and resolve issues.
Resolving Accounts Payable discrepancies to ensure timely supplier payments.
Addressing supplier quality concerns and coordinating returns of defective materials.
Supporting management with assigned projects as needed.
Requirements

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with
3 to 5 years of experience,
Preferred experience with SAP.
Strong understanding of MRP processes and inventory management.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables).
Strong decision‑making, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Highly organized, detail‑focused, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Self‑motivated and able to work both independently and in teams.
Preferred (Nice to Have)
Experience in manufacturing environments
