Job Responsibilities

  • Contributes to meeting EHS TRIR metrics by participating in risk analysis reviews and conducting root‑cause analysis for incidents and accidents.

  • Supports Quality metrics such as FPY and Scrap by performing process audits on production lines, developing PFMEA, creating robust documentation, and participating in DIVE sessions for problem analysis.

  • Creates and updates process method sheets and communicates changes to the Operations team.

  • Performs time and motion studies to balance workloads across production lines and/or between processes.

  • Calculates production capacity and required headcount based on process times and demand volume.

  • Leads and implements continuous improvement projects and workforce productivity initiatives.

  • Manages the creation and updating of process/plant layouts.

  • Leads cost‑optimization and productivity management projects.

  • Participates in new product introduction through the Passport process.

  • Creates and modifies process method sheets and communicates updates to Operations.

  • Performs time and motion analysis to balance work content across lines and processes.

Job Objective

  • Design, manage, and improve production processes using Lean continuous improvement tools.

  • Optimize the use of human resources, machinery, materials, information, energy, and technology to meet key organizational metrics in EHS, quality, delivery, and operational cost.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in MA, IME, IIA, or related field.

  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing (3P, VSM, MSW&CD, 5S, Lean Logistics, problem‑solving tools).

  • English proficiency: 80% – Conversational.

  • 3 years of experience in Industrial Engineering.

  • Knowledge of induction welding processes (tube manufacturing).

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, Power BI.

Preferred:

  • Experience with production line simulation software and Power BI.
