About the role
As a SAP Integration Suite Support Analyst, you will support, maintain, and enhance SAP integration solutions that connect SAP S/4HANA Cloud and on-premise systems with internal and external platforms. This role is critical in ensuring the stability, performance, and security of enterprise integrations that enable core business processes across B2B and B2C environments.
Key Responsibilities
As a SAP Integration Suite Support Analyst, you’ll be responsible for:
Developing and optimizing SAP CPI iFlows to support seamless integrations between SAP S/4HANA Cloud and on-premise systems
Configuring and managing SAP CPI adapters, mappings, and security settings
Troubleshooting and resolving SAP CPI integration issues efficiently across environments
Supporting the implementation of B2B and B2C integration solutions, including EDI mappings
Ensuring compliance with security protocols such as OAuth, SSL, and SAML
Monitoring integration flows and supporting issue resolution to ensure system availability and performance
Staying up to date with the latest SAP CPI features, enhancements, and best practices
Requirements
We are looking for people who are detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable supporting enterprise integration platforms. If this is you, get in touch.
As a minimum you must have:
3+ years of experience working with SAP CPI, PI, and PO
Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Cloud and on-premise integration
Expertise in SAP Integration Suite and SAP Cloud Connector
Deep knowledge of integration protocols (REST, SOAP, OData) and data formats (XML, JSON, CSV)
Experience with EDI standards such as EDIFACT, ANSI X12, and AS2
Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and Groovy scripting for custom integration logic
Familiarity with API management and event-driven architectures
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working in Agile development methodologies
Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:
SAP CPI certification
