About the role

The Quality Assurance Engineeris responsible fordeveloping, implementing, andmaintainingquality evaluation systems, control methodologies, and inspection protocols to ensure product and process compliance.

This role provides technicalexpertisein testing and inspection methodologies, ensuring product reliability and adherence to internal and external quality standards throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, apply, andmaintainquality evaluation and control systems for products and manufacturing processes.

  • Define and explain testing and inspection plans, including methods and technologies used to ensure product reliability and conformance.

  • Analyze nonconformities and design or process issues, providing data-driven recommendations for corrective and preventive actions.

  • Utilize APQP / PPAP core tools (PFMEA, MSA, Process Flow Diagrams, Control Plans, etc.) toidentifyrisks and support robust product and process development.

  • Participate in and conduct reviews to ensure all requirements are met for work transfer, resourcing gates, and process change management, including PPAP approval.

  • Review andvalidateprocess control documentation to ensure compliance with quality requirements,objectives, and contractual obligations.

  • Drive execution and compliance with the Quality System Plan (QSP).

  • Act as a quality partner tocrossfunctionalteams, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

MinimumRequirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or related field) or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Quality, Manufacturing, or related engineering roles.

  • Advanced theoretical and practical knowledge gained through professional experience.

  • Strong practical knowledge of Carrier systems, programs, and organizational processes, with the ability to enhance andleveragethem in daily work.

  • Advanced English level (written and spoken).

  • Additional Qualifications

  • Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, Root Cause Analysis, SPC).

  • Strong knowledge of Quality Core Tools (APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, PPAP).

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and strong documentation skills.

  • Effective communication skills to interact with cross-functional and global teams.
