Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the products manufactured at CMX comply with the specifications established by the design centers.

  • Provide drawings, specifications, and perform tolerance analyses.

  • Manage and implement design changes for existing products (ECNs – MCNs).

  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of Bills of Materials (BOMs) and manage ERP–SAP data.

  • Provide technical support to the plant’s functional areas.

  • Conduct technical analyses and generate problem reports (PRs).

  • Manage internal deviations (Variances).

  • Coordinate assembly tests (MCSs) and pilot runs.

Job Objective

  • Manage the administration of design changes for existing products through ECN and/or MCN processes.

  • Generate and coordinate improvement projects related to product cost and quality.

  • Serve as the liaison between design centers and the assembly plant, ensuring proper technical knowledge transfer regarding design change management.

  • Ensure the integrity of manufacturing structures and product component lists (BOMs), contributing to operational productivity.

  • Provide technical support to daily assembly operations related to discrepancies and deviations from the product’s original design intent.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

  • 1–2 years of experience as a Product Engineer or in technical support (or equivalent product knowledge).

  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and perform tolerance analyses (GD&T preferred).

  • Advanced English (required).

  • Proficiency in MS Office.

  • Experience with design software such as CREO or AutoCAD.

  • Knowledge of ERP systems (Windchill / SAP).

  • Understanding of manufacturing processes (preferred).
