About the role
As a Procurement Purchasing, you will play a key role in supporting manufacturing operations by ensuring the timely procurement and availability of materials required for production. You will collaborate closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to maintain supply continuity, resolve delivery issues, and contribute to operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Sr Associate, Procurement, you’ll be responsible for:
Generate and manage purchase orders in SAP to support production and business requirements.
Monitor and follow up on open purchase orders to ensure timely supplier confirmations and deliveries.
Coordinate with suppliers to expedite materials and resolve shortages, delays, or delivery issues.
Maintain effective communication with suppliers and internal teams to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
Support procurement activities through data analysis, cost tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
We are looking for people who are organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If this is you, get in touch.
As a minimum you must have:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
2-4 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or a related function.
Experience creating and managing purchase orders and supplier communications.
Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
Intermediate English communication skills.
Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:
Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial operations.
Knowledge of inventory management, material planning, or MRP processes.
Experience working with supplier performance, delivery tracking, or shortage resolution.
