About the role
As a Planner, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient production and material planning within our manufacturing operations. This role plays a critical part in balancing supply and demand, optimizing inventory levels, and supporting on-time delivery to our customers. Your impact will directly contribute to operational excellence, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Planner, you’ll be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining production and material plans based on demand forecasts and capacity constraints.
- Coordinating with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure material availability and production continuity.
- Monitoring inventory levels and implementing actions to optimize stock while avoiding shortages or excess.
- Analyzing demand variability and adjusting plans to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as service level, inventory turns, and schedule adherence.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within planning and supply chain processes.
Requirements

As a minimum you must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in production planning, material planning, or supply chain roles in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred).
- Intermediate to advanced English level.
Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of demand planning and S&OP processes.
- Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement background.
