About the role

As a Manager, Supplier Performance, you will play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence across the supply chain by driving supplier performance, accountability, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with key suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives, mitigate risks, and sustain high levels of quality, delivery, and cost efficiency. Your impact will directly support manufacturing continuity and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Manager, Supplier Performance, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and analyzing supplier performance through KPIs and scorecards to ensure compliance in quality, delivery, and cost.

  • Leading supplier business reviews (QBRs) and acting as the main point of contact for performance-related topics.

  • Identifying performance gaps and driving corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to enable continuous improvement.

  • Conducting risk assessments, including capacity and production readiness evaluations, to ensure supply continuity.

  • Collaborating cross-functionally with procurement, quality, and manufacturing teams to align supplier performance with organizational goals.

  • Performing supplier audits and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements, industry standards, and ESG requirements.

  • Supporting supplier development initiatives, including onsite assessments and implementation of improvement frameworks.

Requirements

We are looking for people who are analytical, results-driven, and proactive, with strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. If this is you, get in touch.

As a minimum you must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.

  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in supplier performance, supply chain, or manufacturing environments.

  • Strong experience managing supplier performance through KPIs, scorecards, and business reviews.

  • Proven ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives (CAPA, root cause analysis, Lean/Six Sigma methodologies).

  • Advanced English proficiency (C1).

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

  • Experience conducting supplier audits and working with ESG or compliance standards.

  • Exposure to new product introduction (NPI) and production readiness assessments.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration experience in complex, global organizations.
