About the role
Entry-level Mechanical Engineer. Participates in product development activities, executes tests, and produces parts, designs, or sketches, following all appropriate Mechanical Engineering design, safety, and qualification standards.​


Key Responsibilities

As an Associate Mechanical Engineer, you'll be responsible for:

  • Participate in product development activities including cost estimates, implementation of standard specifications, drawing board layout, and development of performance or maintenance requirements.

  • Support execution tests for systems, sub-systems, and components. Analyze test results in relation to design or rated specifications and test objectives.

  • Follow all appropriate design, safety, and qualification standards in development programs.

  • Produce parts, designs, or sketches for machines, components, systems or work orders / purchase requests

  • Provide engineering support on field quality issues reported, providing effective solutions in the products improving the quality with a competitive cost in a timely manner.

  • Provide factory support regarding product engineering and design fabricated in commercial manufacturing plants under our operative system ACE.

  • Support product ETL/UL audits through plants and maintain accuracy agency files.

  • Keep and maintain the accuracy of engineering information, update and maintain master BOM, drawing and engineering specification.

Requirements

As a minimum you must have:

  • 1+ years as a Product/Design engineer

  • 1 + years working with product change implementation

  • Fluent in English

  • Mechanical/Electrical Engineering bachelor's degree
