Join our Purchasing and Service team within Carrier Marine & Offshore as Junior Administrative Associate!

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Associate who is not afraid to work independently in a hybrid model.

Your responsibilities will vary from coordinating and tracking shipments for incoming and outgoing parts/tools to supporting in creating final invoices to our end customers. Your major stakeholders will be our Project Managers, working on shaping the future with international maritime projects.

Responsibilities:

• Log purchase needs in the Service module.
• Log incoming parts orders in our warehouse/stock files.
• To create pro forma invoices and cost revenue overviews.
• Create overview in lead-times for outstanding orders in the related modules.
• Reach out to suppliers to fulfil the need of the Service job owner.
• Arrange shipments for our spare parts.  
• To offer support within our administration team.
• Coordinates and tracks shipments for incoming and outgoing parts/tools.
• Comply with company’s code of ethics and complete all online trainings.

Requirements

• MBO4 educational level or equivalent
• Outstanding communication skills in English, Dutch is a plus
• Working knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
• Passion for learning and growing, as well as interest to develop within the maritime industry will be a plus.
