About the Role

We are seeking a Design Engineer (Products Handbook) to support the development and maintenance of technical product literature for HVAC products, including Residential Air Conditioning (RAC), Light Commercial (LC), and VRF systems.

The role is responsible for creating and updating Product Handbooks, Owner Manuals, Installation Manuals, and Service Manuals for new product launches and existing products. You will work closely with Engineering, Sales, and Service teams to ensure technical information is accurate, user-friendly, and ready for customer use.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and maintain Product Handbooks and technical literature for HVAC products.

  • Develop Owner Manuals, Installation Manuals, Service Manuals, and related product documentation.

  • Support documentation activities for new product launches and engineering changes.

  • Gather, compile, and verify technical data from Engineering and cross-functional teams.

  • Manage document records and coordinate website uploads to ensure product literature is available to customers.

  • Support Sales and Service teams by providing accurate technical documentation.

  • Ensure all published materials meet quality and accuracy standards.

  • Continuously improve documentation processes and publication effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in HVAC, engineering documentation, product design, or related industries.

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Knowledge of HVAC or air-conditioning systems is an advantage.

  • Good command of English and strong communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with programs: MS Office, AutoCAD and SolidWorks (2D/3D), Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop, Power BI, AI and digital productivity tools

  • Experience and familiarity with creating technical manuals, product handbooks, or engineering documentation and management process is preferred

  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications is advantaged.
