Role Purpose

To support demand and material planning activities by analyzing forecast accuracy, simulating material availability, and managing finished goods inventory to ensure product availability, optimize inventory levels, and support operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support demand forecasting and material planning processes to align with business and production requirements.
  • Analyze sales forecasts, demand trends, and historical data to improve forecast accuracy.
  • Perform material availability simulations to identify potential shortages and supply risks.
  • Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Sales, and Logistics teams to ensure material readiness and supply continuity.
  • Monitor inventory levels and recommend actions to maintain optimum Finished Goods (FG) inventory.
  • Track and analyze forecast performance and identify opportunities for planning improvements.
  • Prepare planning reports, inventory analysis, and related KPI measurements.
  • Support supply-demand balancing activities to achieve customer service and inventory targets.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to planning, inventory management, and supply chain performance.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Material Planning, or Inventory Management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in forecast analysis, inventory control, and material planning.
  • Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Experience with SAP, MRP, or other ERP systems is preferred.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
