About this position
We are seeking an experienced HVAC professional to join our HVAC Commercial Services sales team based in Mississauga, ON. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at building strong customer relationships, and deliver exceptional customer service. This role is perfect for results-driven individuals who possess the ability to assess and understand both the immediate and long-term needs of our customers.
This position follows a hybrid work model (2 days in the office, 3 days remote).
Role Responsibilities
- Select, quote and sell the full portfolio of Carrier HVAC Service products and solutions (i.e. service agreements, repairs and modernizations)
- Utilize CRM to manage customer interactions, activities, and opportunity pipeline
- Seek out or respond to repair opportunities.
- Clearly articulate the value of Carrier’s value offerings and how they map to the customers’ needs.
- Ability to detect the Customer’s buying stage and adjust selling accordingly
- Responding to the existing customers’ requirements (internal and external) in a timely manner.
- Ensure maximum possible existing customers’ satisfaction (internal and external).
- Proactive approach to generate leads whenever possible
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED.
- 2+ years experience in the HVAC industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
Preferred Qualifications (assets)
Other qualifications you may have that would be beneficial in this role include:
- College or Bachelor's degree.
- Fluent in both languages English and French (spoken and written) (is a great asset).
- Inside sales experience in HVAC industry.
- CRM tool experience (such as Sales Force or similar).
Additional information
- Candidates must be authorized to work in Canada without restriction; visa sponsorship is not available.
Pay Range
The expected base salary range for this role is between $71,500.00 CAD - $121,500.00 CAD annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. This compensation includes components such as base salary, vacation pay, public holiday pay, potential estimated overtime pay and paid statutory leaves of absence. Additional benefits may include insured benefits such as health care, vision, dental, disability, as well as possible retirement contributions.Other Compensation
This role may also provide the opportunity to earn additional incentive compensation in the form of annual bonus, sales bonus, sales commission or local incentive. If the role provides for an opportunity to earn additional incentive compensation, it will be based on measurable performance factors which may include company performance, individual performance or other key performance indicators.Use of AI
Technology-enabled tools may support parts of the recruitment process, with oversight by people.
