We’re looking for a Control Panel Technician to help us build the electrical "brains" behind industrial machinery. If you’re the kind of person who enjoys the challenge of following a complex blueprint and takes pride in neat, organized work, you’ll fit right in. You won’t just be a gear in a machine here; you’ll be the one building the systems that keep everything running smoothly. Riello is searching for a new team member to join the team in Mississauga.
Riello focuses on residential, industrial and commercial gas trains and accessories.

Key Responsibilities
- Fabrication & Assembly: Mount components onto back panels and installing enclosures, often involving layout and drill based on schematics.
- Wiring & Connection: Wire industrial control panels, including power distribution and control logic wiring.
- Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and Bills of Materials (BOM).
- Testing & Troubleshooting: Test electrical components and systems to ensure proper function, correctly wire errors or malfunctions.
- Quality & Safety: Prepare finished panels for shipping, including inspections to ensure quality standards are met.

Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1+ years of experience in production of industrial electrical panel (wiring, or assembly).
- Membership of the union is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of electrical circuits, components, and tools.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and wire cutting/stripping tools.
- Attention to detail, ability to work independently, and safety conscious.
Additional information
- Must have unrestricted authorization to work in Canada. No visa sponsoring available.
Pay Range
The expected hourly salary range for this role is between $15.00 and $30.00. The rate of pay may be impacted by factors such as the applicant’s geographic location, market data/range, skills, prior relevant experience, job-related knowledge, specific degrees and certifications, and/or other relevant considerations.
This compensation includes components such as base salary, vacation pay, public holiday pay, potential estimated overtime pay and paid statutory leaves of absence. Additional benefits may include insured benefits such as health care, vision, dental, disability, etc., as well as possible RRSP matching.
Other Compensation
This role may also provide the opportunity to earn additional incentive compensation in the form of annual bonus, sales bonus, sales commission or local incentive. If the role provides for an opportunity to earn additional incentive compensation, it will be based on measurable performance factors which may include company performance, individual performance or other key performance indicators.
