We are looking for a Quality Process Engineer with a solid background in manufacturing quality and the ambition to grow into a leadership role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with production, taking ownership of quality challenges, and influencing cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.
You will become the quality reference within the production area, ensuring that manufacturing processes are robust, risks are identified before they become problems, and new products are successfully transferred from engineering into production. As the team continues to grow, this role is expected to evolve into a people leadership position.

What You Will Do
As a Quality Process Engineer, you will:
Act as the Quality representative within the manufacturing area, partnering daily with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain and R&D.
Lead quality activities during the industrialization of new products, ensuring a smooth transition from development to serial production.
Identify process risks early and implement preventive actions to avoid quality issues.
Drive root cause investigations and lead cross-functional teams in implementing sustainable corrective actions.
Monitor manufacturing quality performance and promote initiatives that improve process capability, efficiency and product quality.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards, internal procedures and customer requirements.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, quality ownership and operational excellence across the manufacturing organization.
Coach and support production teams on quality best practices, helping develop a proactive quality mindset.
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to solve complex manufacturing challenges and continuously improve production processes.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Manufacturing or similar).
Minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Quality, Process Quality or Quality Engineering within an industrial manufacturing environment.
Solid knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) or industrialization activities.
Fluency in English and Portuguese - mandatory
