  • Build and maintain effective, long-term Vendor relationships, based on transparency, trust, and operational stability.

  • Negotiate, manage and ensure compliance with Vendor contracts, including pricing agreements, service levels, confidentiality clauses, and Organization / regulatory requirements, in coordination with Legal and internal stakeholders.

  • Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) related to Procurement activities, identifying opportunities for improvement and taking corrective measures, when necessary.

  • Collaborate closely with the Planning and Warehouse & Logistics Teams to ensure timely material availability, minimizing the risk of shortages and preventing excess inventory.

  • Collaborate closely with Engineering Team on technical discussions, specifications, new component sourcing, and change management (ECR/ECN).

  • Collaborate closely with Quality Team to manage Non-Conformities, claims, PPAP documentation, Vendor requirements and improvement initiatives.

  • Support inventory optimization by reviewing MOQs, Lead Times, and safety stock parameters.

  • Maintain accurate and updated data in the ERP system (pricing, lead times, Vendor information, purchasing terms).

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, by identifying inefficiencies and supporting improvement implementation.

  • Prepare and provide procurement insights and reports to support informed decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or related operations (minimum 3–5 years preferred).

  • Proficiency with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, SAP, or similar platforms.

  • Analytical and digital skills highly valued; proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, PowerApps, or similar is a plus.

  • Knowledge of inventory management principles and their impact on purchasing decisions.

  • Strong understanding of Procurement best practices, including Vendor selection, negotiation, contract management, and cost optimization.

  • Experience managing Vendor relationships, including performance monitoring, issue resolution, and service-level improvement.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration with several Teams, ensuring material availability and cost efficiency.

  • Highly autonomous and critically minded, with a strong drive for continuous improvement.
