About this role:
Carrier Climate Solutions Transportation (CST) is seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Digital Marketing / SEO / e-Commerce Specialist to accelerate our online growth.
This role blends hands on digital execution with strategic thinking, ensuring our brands are discoverable, competitive and continuously optimized across all digital channels.
You will manage SEO initiatives, help implement and oversee e-Commerce platform performance globally, including paid advertising, and collaborate cross functionally to drive measurable results across our regional business units. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications and key business stakeholders, to ensure all e-Commerce and website content supports the company's strategic objectives.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a creative, analytical mindset along with strong project management skills, has proven experience in global companies and large-scale SEO/SEM campaigns and initiatives.
The candidate should have experience working within a corporate structure, and creative problem-solving skills to tailor communications to meet the needs of the target audience. The candidate is proficient in managing a diverse range of stakeholders, including internal clients, vendors and key customers. The job demands excellent digital marketing skills for print and digital media, a real understanding of the importance of content across digital search mediums, communications and a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis and content gap assessments.
Conduct comprehensive SEO competitor profiling to identify strategic gaps, opportunities and differentiators.
Develop detailed Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and personas to guide targeted marketing, messaging and product positioning.
Optimize onpage elements including metadata, headings, internal linking and content structure.
Manage technical SEO audits and coordinate fixes (site speed, indexing, schema, redirects).
Monitor rankings, organic traffic, and search performance using tools like Google Search Console, BrightEdge or SEMrush.
Collaborate with content teams to develop SEOoptimized landing pages and blog content.
Leverage generative-AI to support strategic implementation of customized and optimized search initiatives
E-Commerce Management
Support product listings, descriptions, pricing and digital merchandising across ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, etc.).
Optimize product pages for conversion, SEO and user experience.
Monitor inventory, product performance and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with sales operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless order flow and customer satisfaction.
Analyze sales trends and recommend strategies to increase conversion rates and average order value.
Digital Marketing
Support execution of multichannel digital campaigns (search, social, email, display).
Manage paid search and paid social optimization, including keyword targeting, audience segmentation and A/B testing.
Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
Manage marketing automation workflows and email campaigns when needed.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Analytics & Reporting
Support web goal/conversion tracking integration from audit to setup to configure
Track KPIs across SEO, paid media, email and ecommerce channels.
Build dashboards and reports using Google Analytics, BrightEdge or similar tools.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends and performance metrics.
Stay current with digital marketing best practices, algorithm updates and emerging tools.
Required qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research and technical optimization.
Work product and communications will be conducted in English. Fluent professional English is mandatory for this position.
Experience with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon Seller Central).
Proficiency with analytics and SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog).
Familiarity with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager).
Knowledge of web design, HTML/CSS and UX/UI principles.
Preferred Qualifications:
7 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO or eCommerce.
Proven ability to deliver high-quality work with a strong work ethic.
Strong time-management skills with the ability to work with a sense of urgency under demanding deadlines.
Comfortable interacting with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy.
Excellent communication, project management and organizational skills.
