Für unsere Tochtergesellschaft Carrier Kältetechnik suchen wir deutschlandweit unbefristet und zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Konfigurations-Administrator (m/w/d)​.

Anforderungen                        

• Hochschulabschluss einer technischen Fachrichtung oder Ähnliches
• Technisches Verständnis, strukturiertes Denken und Arbeiten, Fähigkeit zur Teamarbeit
• Bereitschaft, sich in die Details des jeweiligen Produktportfolios einzuarbeiten
• Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Mehr als 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Pflege von Konfiguratoren oder einer ähnlichen Position
• Idealerweise Erfahrung mit der Konfigurator-Plattform von Salesforce und SAP Anwendung
• Gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift

Aufgaben

Als Konfigurations-Administrator (m/w/d) sind Sie verantwortlich für:

• Beratung und Realisierung von neuen Kühlmöbel-Konfigurationen in Abstimmung mit dem Produktmanagement und Entwicklung
• Erweiterungen und Änderungen bestehender Konfigurationen
• Testen der Konfigurationsfunktionalität einschließlich Funktionstest mit dem SAP System
• Bearbeitung von Anfragen und Reklamationen aus Produktmanagement und Vertrieb
• Technischer Support bei Konfigurationsprojekten
• Pflege der Standards der Konfigurations- und Datenarchitektur
• Unterstützung zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung des Konfigurations-Systems

Requirements

• University degree in a technical field or similar
• Technical understanding, structured thinking and working, ability to work in a team
• Willingness to learn the details of the relevant product portfolio
• Independent work, sense of responsibility, communication skills
• More than 5 years of professional experience in maintaining configurators or a similar position
• Ideally, experience with the configurator platform of Salesforce and SAP application
• Good command of spoken and written English and ideally German

Tasks

As a Configuration Administrator (m/f/d), you are responsible for:

• Consultation and implementation of new refrigerated display configurations in coordination with product management and development
• Extensions and modifications of existing configurations
• Testing configuration functionality, including functional testing with the SAP system
• Processing requests and complaints from product management and sales
• Technical support in configuration projects
• Maintenance of configuration and data architecture standards
• Support for continuous improvement of the configuration system
