About this role

We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst to join our team as we expand our business reporting and data visualization capabilities within Automated Logic Field operations. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, a drive to innovate and learn new things and a passion for turning data into actionable insights.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Lead Business Analyst to develop, maintain, and enhance reporting and dashboards in Power BI, as well as supporting our analytics roadmap. You will support a portfolio of critical business reports, automate and streamline data processes, and help the business innovate our internal tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain a portfolio of Power BI reports, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and alignment with evolving business needs.

• Respond quickly and effectively to business reporting requests, creating innovative solutions that address immediate needs while supporting long-term goals.

• Gather feedback and collaborate with stakeholders to address business priorities.

• Automate and streamline data processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.

• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree or High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years experience in Business Analytics or Data Science or Database Management Reporting

• 1+ years of experience in Excel, Power BI, and SQL

Preferred Qualifications

• Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data in an understandable format.

• Technical experience in Power Automate, Power Apps, Salesforce, CORA PPM or VSCode.

• Desire to innovate with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to handle stakeholder meetings and feedback sessions.

Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is between $64,500.00 - $129,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.

Other Compensation

This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
