We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This is a remote role, allowing flexibility while managing and delivering complex projects in the New Equipment Modernization sector.

Position Summary
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing project schedules, managing customer relationships, and ensuring that all project phases are executed smoothly and on time. You will serve as the primary contact for customers, addressing their needs and resolving issues while coordinating with internal teams to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and review project expenditures to ensure accuracy and compliance with purchase orders and subcontract terms. Ensure all invoices and payment applications are processed and authorized promptly.
• Update project schedules and manage all project documentation, including customer meeting minutes, action items, correspondence, transmittals, and RFIs.
• Communicate project timelines to all team members, ensuring everyone is aligned and the project is completed on schedule.
• Manage change orders and scope adjustments for medium to large projects, ensuring the proper documentation and approval processes are followed.
• Ensure timely and efficient project delivery, coordinating site deliveries of mechanical and technical solutions.
• Attend and lead customer meetings, ensuring all aspects of project management are documented and executed efficiently.

Minimum Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the HVAC industry or related sectors.
• Certified Project Manager (PMP or equivalent certification preferred).
• Experience in delivering and executing solutions, with a focus on on-site deliveries of mechanical or technical solutions.
• Strong practical knowledge of project management methodologies, with the ability to enhance processes and leverage internal systems.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to manage customer expectations and resolve issues.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in the HVAC industry or a related technical field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with Carrier systems and tools is a plus.
