Key Responsibilities

• Receiving, inspecting, labeling, and storing incoming products.
• Picking, packing, and preparing order for shipments.
• Operating warehouse equipment safely and performing routine maintenance checks.
• Monitoring inventory levels and performing regular stock counts.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Occasionally assisting in administrative tasks such as reporting discrepancies or preparing shipping documents.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 6+ months of experience in logistics or warehousing
• Ability to obtain the in-house certification for forklift, hand-truck, or pallet jack
• Ability to spend most of the day standing, reaching, bending, and lifting boxes up to 50 lbs, and work in both a hot and cold warehouse environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Detail accuracy
• Should have the ability to work in a team
• Should possess time management skills and be able to meet targets
• Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel
• Support Carrier Excellence, continuous improvement efforts and any change
• Follow established company rules and regulations.

Pay Range

The hourly rate for this position is between $15.00 - $30.00 per hour.  Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
