Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceMax Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce CRM and ServiceMax Field Service Management solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting ServiceMax applications while collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable field service solutions.
Experience
- 4–6 years of overall Salesforce development experience.
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on ServiceMax development and configuration experience.
- Experience working in global support and implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the Salesforce and ServiceMax platform.
- Configure and customize ServiceMax modules, including:
- Work Orders
- Service Contracts
- Installed Products
- Preventive Maintenance
- Dispatch Console
- Technician Console
- Service Board
- Entitlements and Warranty Management
- Develop custom Salesforce components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, Flows, and Triggers.
- Integrate ServiceMax and Salesforce with external systems such as ERP, SAP, Oracle, MuleSoft, REST APIs, and middleware platforms.
- Build and maintain automation using Flows, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, and Process Builder.
- Participate in solution design discussions and provide technical recommendations aligned with best practices.
- Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with Salesforce development standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Support deployment activities across Sandbox, UAT, and Production environments.
- Create technical documentation, deployment guides, and knowledge transfer materials.
- Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders.

- ServiceMax 101 and 201 Certification (Preferred)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Knowledge of Salesforce Revenue Cloud or CPQ.
- Experience with AI-driven field service solutions.
- Experience in manufacturing, HVAC, industrial, or service operations domains.
