Role Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI-driven applications using LLMs and advanced reasoning workflows
• Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, embeddings, and vector search systems
• Implement tool-integrated AI systems that interact with multiple data sources
• Improve response quality, explainability, and structured outputs from AI systems
• Work with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar orchestration tools
• Design and build scalable data pipelines for structured and unstructured data
• Develop real-time and batch data processing systems
• Model and optimize data for analytics, forecasting, and AI consumption
• Ensure data quality, governance, and observability
• Work with large-scale, time-series, and IoT datasets
• Define end-to-end architecture for AI and data platforms
• Build and manage microservices/serverless applications on cloud platforms
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance optimization
• Minimum Requirements:
• BTech degree in Computer Science or related discipline, MTech degree preferred.
• 6+ years of overall experience architecting, building, and maintaining cost-efficient, scalable cloud and data-driven environments for the organization.
• Agile/Scrum certified professional with experience running sprint ceremonies and managing deliverables.
• Minimum of 1 or 2 years of facilitating Agile ceremonies with strong delivery capabilities.
• Experience interacting with stakeholders and conducting regular meetings to ensure effective project delivery.
• Minimum of 10 years hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying complex distributed, serverless, data-intensive, and microservices-based applications.
• Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience implementing distributed applications in a highly virtualized cloud environment (AWS preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience architecting and developing serverless and event-driven applications across multiple environments.
• Project experience architecting, implementing, and optimizing data platforms, AI-driven systems, and cloud-based services for business teams or consumers.
• Understanding of cloud-native capabilities of one or more providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and ability to build scalable AI/data solutions leveraging these services.
• Extensive experience migrating from legacy systems and implementing modern cloud-based, data-driven architectures.
• Experience with infrastructure components, distributed systems, data pipelines, middleware, and service-oriented architectures.
• Strong technical and analytical skills with significant experience in software development, data engineering, and AI/ML-based systems.
• Knowledge in architecting, deploying, troubleshooting, and operating highly scalable and intelligent systems; customer-facing implementation experience is desirable.
