Role Description:

As a Salesforce Tester, you willsupport the team with testing best practices to ensure quality is built in and inherent to team delivery.

Basic Qualifications & Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in Salesforce Applications Testing.
• Strong knowledge in Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud.
• Strong understanding in Salesforce Profiles, Permission sets, OWD, Sharing rules, Validation rules, Approval process, email templates, FLOWs, Process builder and Triggers
• Strong knowledge in using workbench, DataLoader and Salesforce Reports/Dashboards.
• Basic Knowledge in writing SOQL queries
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify, prioritize, and resolve defects.
• Strong in Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience covering Functional and Non-Functional testing.
• Knowledge in SDLC and STLC.

Nice to Have:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with working on JIRA (Or another equivalent tool) preferred
• Salesforce Certifications (Admin/Sales/Service Cloud)
