Summary:

We are seeking a Lead AI Engineer to design and deliver scalable AI solutions using Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI technologies. This role provides technical leadership while remaining hands-on in architecture, solution design, and implementation.

The successful candidate will work with engineering teams to develop enterprise AI platforms, mentor engineers, and help drive the adoption of AI technologies across business functions.

Technical Leadership

• Lead the design and development of AI and Generative AI solutions.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams.

• Participate in architecture reviews and promote engineering best practices.

• Support technical planning and solution design activities.

AI Solution Development

• Develop enterprise AI applications using LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI frameworks.

• Design scalable AI services and reusable components.

• Evaluate new AI technologies and recommend appropriate solutions.

Cloud & AI Operations

• Deploy AI solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP platforms.

• Collaborate with data engineering and DevOps teams to implement AI deployment pipelines.

• Support model monitoring, performance optimization, and AI lifecycle management.

Collaboration

• Work with product managers, architects, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver AI solutions.

• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.

• Encourage continuous learning and innovation within the team.
