Summary:

Experienced Commodity / Account Management & Strategic Sourcing professional, overseeing supplier selection and contract negotiation. Responsible for partnering with internal clients and stakeholders to identify sourcing needs and improve sourcing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution ofglobal category strategies by delivering spend analysis, market intelligence, dashboards, and executive‑level insights.

  • Support global and regional negotiations through cost models, benchmarks, and structured negotiation preparation, track contractrenewalsand compliance.

  • Identify, size, and track cost‑reduction and productivity opportunities; support AOP commitments and savings validation with finance.

  • Manage category council governance, including meeting cadence, materials, action tracking, and supplier/QBR review preparation.

  • Partner with regional sourcing and cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent execution of global category strategies across regions.

  Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field.

  • 10years of experience in category management, strategic sourcing, supply chain analytics, or related roles.

  • Experience supporting global or regional sourcing teams in a matrix organization.

  • Strong analytical skills withproficiencyin Excel and PowerPoint.

  Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in HVAC,copper,aluminum,steelorrelatedcomponentsupply base.

  • Exposure toglobal negotiations, contract management, or productivity programs.

  • Experience working with global stakeholders across APAC, EMEA, and Americas.
