Country Channel Sales Lead ( can be based in HCM or HCM)

Role Responsibilities:

• Expand and Develop Distribution network in Vietnam for Residential and light commercial
• Manage and develop sales team
• Meet financial and operational targets
• Drive sell through to subdealers
• help create and execute sell in sell through promotions
• plan and execute short term and long term strategies including gtm, product , pricing , promtions

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduate preferably with a MBA in marketing
• min 10 years relevant experience with at least 5 years as manager
• self motivated go getter with leadership and communication skills
• Decent knowledge of written and spoken English
• able to strategize and able to present
• proven track record
