As our Service Director Nordics, you will lead a talented group of sales professionals and play a key role in accelerating our market growth.


Your key responsibilities will be the following

  • creating & rolling out the Service strategy for Nordics to drive revenue growth
  • across the different markets (Commercial & Residential HVAC)
  • develop & maintain personal direct service customer relationships across the
  • region.
  • organize field service teams & work closely with the service parts & back-office
  • team to deliver a high-quality performance to raise our customers satisfaction
  • measured through NPS; initiate actions to meet & anticipate market
  • requirements.
  • deep market intelligence + prioritising within the different channels

Who we're looking for

  • Experience: Several years of service experience, including extensive experience from a 
  • leadership role.
  • Industry Knowledge: industry knowledge in HVAC in the Nordic
  • countries
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving
  • business growth.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent
  • in English + knowledge of Norwegian & Swedish
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis and sales forecasting.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Customer-focused: Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high performance dynamic
  • environment.
  • Travel: Travel around the Nordic countries and our European HQ
  • Must have driving licence
