Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead – Business Applications & Solutions for India Business who will act as the single point of contact and have ownership across enterprise digital platforms both Global and Local. This role requires a strong hands-on technologist with the ability to lead multiple technology streams, design scalable architectures, resolve complex production issues, and translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

The individual will work closely with business stakeholders, internal technology teams, and external vendors to deliver modern, secure, and scalable digital solutions across .NET applications, Power BI, and hybrid mobile applications (React Native). The role also includes driving New Generation solutions, including AI-enabled capabilities, to support business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Architecture

  • Own end-to-end technical architecture and solution design for enterprise applications across web, mobile, analytics, and integration platforms.

  • Convert business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions.

  • Define and govern application architecture, integration patterns, and technology standards.

  • Provide expert-level guidance on .NET and Java based applications, hybrid mobile development (React Native), and BI platforms (Power BI).

Hands-on Development & Issue Resolution

  • Act as the highest level of technical escalation for production and non-production issues across applications and platforms.

  • Be actively involved in hands-on development, code reviews, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.

  • Support complex integrations with internal systems, third-party platforms, APIs, and cloud/hybrid environments.

Business Collaboration & Requirement Management

  • Partner with business teams to understand requirements, pain points, and future needs.

  • Lead requirement analysis, solution walkthroughs, and technical feasibility discussions.

  • Create and maintain functional, technical, and architectural documentation for new and existing solutions.

Team & Vendor Management

  • Lead and mentor multiple technology teams (internal and external) across different skill sets.

  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure delivery quality, timelines, and adherence to architectural standards.

  • Balance hands-on work with team leadership, ensuring knowledge sharing and technical excellence.

Digital Transformation & New Gen Solutions

  • Identify opportunities to introduce New Generation technologies, including AI/ML, automation, and advanced analytics, into existing and new solutions.

  • Drive continuous improvement, modernization, and innovation across the digital landscape.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in .NET, JAVA application development (C#, ASP.NET, JSP, Tomcat, Web APIs, Databases).

  • Experience with hybrid mobile app development, (React Native) and Rollout for Business use Cases.

  • Solid expertise in Analytics like PowerBI Platforms for reporting, dashboards, and data visualization.

  • Strong system integration experience, including REST APIs, middleware, and third-party integrations.

  • Understanding of Cloud and hybrid architectures, security, and performance best practices.

  • Support in Audit and IT general controls testing

  • Exposure to AI-driven or intelligent solutions is highly desirable.

Leadership & Delivery

  • Proven ability to lead technical teams while remaining deeply hands-on.

  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders to deliver technology solutions.

  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage ambiguity and complex environments.

Communication & Documentation

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong experience in creating and managing technical and business documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.

  • 4+ years of overall IT experience with at least 2 years in a technical lead or solution architect role.

  • Experience in enterprise or large-scale digital application environments is preferred.
