About the Role
Carrier is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Treasury Intern to join our growing Treasury team based in the newly established Carrier Dublin Treasury Centre. This is an exciting opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience across a broad range of treasury activities while working in a dynamic, international environment.
The successful candidate will develop valuable treasury and finance expertise through exposure to cash management, banking operations, process improvement initiatives, and strategic treasury projects. This role offers excellent learning and development opportunities while supporting key global treasury operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process treasury payments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Support the Bank Rationalisation initiative by maintaining an inventory of bank accounts and assisting with the closure of redundant accounts.
- Create and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to treasury operations and banking initiatives.
- Assist with the expansion of centralized liquidity structures, including cash pooling and other treasury facilities.
- Act as Treasury support on a project to develop ERP and Ariba solutions for Holding Companies, helping to automate repetitive manual payment processes.
- Provide analytical support for cash forecasting activities and contribute to enhancements of existing forecasting models and tools, including the potential use of Artificial Intelligence.
- Create, update, and maintain documentation related to treasury processes, controls, and systems.
- Support other strategic treasury projects and initiatives as required.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s Degree (Finance, Accounting)
- MBA, CTP, CPA, CFA (a plus, but not required)
- Previous experience in Treasury, financial and/or accounting roles will be beneficial
- Fluency in English is mandatory (any other European language is considered an asset)

Pay Range
The annual salary for this position is between €16,080.00-€32,400.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.Other Compensation
