About This Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to lead the FP&A function of the stand-alone Industrial Fire business at our new world headquarters based in Stamford, CT. This position will be located in the newly established HQ office in Stamford, CT.

As FP&A Sr. Manager, you will impact the success of Industrial Fire Products & Solutions by supporting Industrial Fire’s strategic development and business needs. You will closely collaborate with Industrial Fire management, key leadership of the four brands of the business, as well as Sentinel Capital Partners, pending closing of the Industrial Fire business sale to Sentinel Capital Partners in Q3 2024.  We offer a dynamic and internationally oriented work environment in a company with high technology products and a strong growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the monthly review process of actual financial results.

  • Prepare and consolidate monthly forecast packages.

  • Lead annual planning and forecasting activities.

  • Liaise with Industrial Fire’s management on the company’s strategic development initiatives.

  • Contribute towards financial and business process development initiatives.

  • Identify priority activities and assignments, adjust priorities as required.

  • Work closely with our Brand Finance teams on financial reporting related improvement initiatives.

  • Contribute to financial performance improvement initiatives including in Working Capital.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business

  • 5+ years FP&A experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience from an international environment, including manufacturing or engineering operations

  • MBA preferred

  • Proficient in Office tools, utilizing ERP systems, Hyperion Financial management.

  • Fluent English, both spoken and written.

  • Project management experience is an advantage.

  • Solid foundation in Financial aspects with a grasp of all related processes and capabilities.

  • Track record of developing meaningful relationships at all levels within an organization.

  • Well-rounded finance leader with an operational focus and experience in consolidation environment.

  • Solid communication, leadership and interpersonal skills and ability to influence colleagues across the organization.

  • Ability to operate and think strategically, coupled with proven analytical skills.

  • Able to work under tight deadlines and pressure.

  • Highly ethical and thrives in a collaborative environment

RSRCAR

Pay Range:

$136,950 - $191,938 Annually
