About this role

As Employment Tax, Senior Supervisor, you will handle end-to-end routine payroll tax duties for salaried and hourly personnel across all locations in the US. You will adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as Federal, State and Local regulations. You will be the first point of contact on all payroll inquiries from internal staff, management team and external business units and External tax jurisdictions.  You will assist in the processing of all year-end payroll filings according to the specific deadlines. Supervise direct reports, to gain optimum value and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Update payroll tax data changes in the payroll system; W4s, Daily reports, Internal filings and Amendment balancing
• Supervise a team of analysists to ensure accurate and timely processing of tax data. Ensure that documents received are properly completed and authorized prior to processing; Quarterly, Amendment processing, Balancing amendments, Internal filings not prepared by ADP and Customer Service Requests from both outside agencies and employees.
• Review tax daily reporting prior to the live production of the payroll.
• Reconcile data errors and communicate & record corrective action.
• Respond to employee and management inquiries related to employment taxes.
• Assist with balancing year end payroll filings and year end reports according to Federal and State legislation and deadlines: W2s, Internal filings and Annual reconciliations.
• Assist with projects and assignments as required.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors’ Degree
• 5+ years of employment tax experience in a Payroll/Payroll Tax position within a national organization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in supervisory roles.
• Must have knowledge of the GlobalView (ADP) SAP based payroll system.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word)
• Sound knowledge of Payroll Tax Administration and Human Resources practices and procedures.  APA – CPP helpful.
• Good human relations and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external personnel.
• Ability to lead a team.
• Excellent organizational skills, time management and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Good command of the English language, both verbal and written.

Pay Range:

$92,856 - $130,206 Annually
