Role Responsibilities:
Analyzing data to support decision-making or project development
Delivering presentations or updates on assigned work
Shadowing professionals to understand workflows and industry practices
Conducting market or competitor research for strategic insights
Supporting cross-functional teams on ongoing projects
Role Purpose:
Enhance operational efficiency by collaborating with cross-functional teams on projects that reduce waste, improve safety, and boost productivity.
Gain exposure to manufacturing systems such as ERP, MES, and quality control tools, preparing you for future roles in operations or engineering.
Optimize production workflows by assisting in process mapping, time studies, and lean initiatives.
Basic Qualifications:
Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering or Manufacturing.
Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher
Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic proficiency in relevant tools or software, such as Microsoft Office, Power BI, or industry-specific platforms.
Time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Teamwork and collaboration skills especially in cross-functional environments
