Contract Lifecycle & Financial Management

  • Service Agreement Ownership: Manage the complete lifecycle of service contracts, including pricing strategies, contract renewals, scope expansions, and re-estimates.

  • P&L & Account Profitability: Monitor account margins, labor utilization impacts, billing accuracy, and cash flow (A/R collections) to maximize division profitability.

  • Pricing & Labor Dynamics: Apply local market understanding to navigate competitive regional pricing, union labor cost structures, and subcontractor management.

Technical Leadership & Solution Development

  • Technical Guidance: Leverage deep BAS and HVAC control knowledge to educate clients on product capabilities, emerging smart building technologies, and energy savings strategies.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, project management, and field technicians to develop technical solutions, cost estimates, and scope definitions for client retrofits and upgrades.

  • Service Operations Oversight: Coordinate with field engineers and project leaders to ensure resource allocation aligns with contract commitments and customer schedules.

Required Qualifications
