Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supporting all Run Stands throughout Air Cooled.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to Continuously Improve the processes.

  • Responsible for scheduling the techs to ensure tech availability among all lines.

  • Performs a variety of functions following prescribed procedures in product testing and assembly.

  • Assemble components as required on time and according to quality specifications.

  • Maintain the cleanliness of workstation and assist with entire department housekeeping.

  • High personal standards with regards to productivity, quality, and safety.

  • Overtime and weekend hours may be assigned.

  • Willingness to learn and operate in multiple stations within the department.

  • Mandatory overtime and weekend hours are frequent and may be assigned as needed.

  • Good communication skills relative to supervisor and other related departments.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Ability to assemble components using various hand and power tools according to specifications

  • Ability to read blueprints, standard work instructions, bills of material, and precision measuring instruments

  • Ability to operate various shop tools including power and manually operated wrenches

  • 1+ years of experience in manufacturing assembly

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Solid mechanical background

  • Experience with AC, Compressors, oil separators, etc.

  • Exceptional customer service skills and great teamwork

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
