Key Responsibilities                                                         

  • Adhere to all safety requirements and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Process material delivered to the plant and perform put-away tasks within the materials cage.
  • Replenish Kanban bins as they are delivered to the Kanban rack to support production floor replenishment.
  • Maintain 5S standards within the assigned work area to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Execute daily transactions for materials moved from pick locations to bins prepared for delivery to the production floor to ensure cage inventory accuracy.
  • Perform end-of-shift reviews with the Team Lead to discuss daily output, inventory accuracy, and operational issues.
  • Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure timely delivery of emergency orders.
  • Manage multiple business priorities in a dynamic, production-driven environment.
  • Work overtime and beyond 40 hours when necessary to support production demands.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 1+ years of manufacturing material handling experience
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Physically capable of working in a fast-paced, stop-and-go manufacturing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Alert, dependable, and safety-focused.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing material handling or similar industrial environments.
  • Knowledge of parts and materials required for production operations.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to make quick decisions in support of a process-oriented operation.

Pay Range

The hourly rate for this position is between $15.00 - $30.00 per hour.  Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
