LOC7355: Unit 2, 16 Natasha Street, Capalaba QLD, 4157- Provide overall direction for customers and their accounts, providing where relevant maintenance solutions, product roadmaps, lifecycle plans and other solutions as required.
- Provide day to day management of service staff and contractors in the areas of motivation, listening to people, providing feedback, recognizing strengths, and providing challenges. Creating a team with a culture of success and preferred place of employment.
- Forecasting and financial reporting where relevant.
- Ensure a commitment to quality. Provide a high level of technical support to Service Technicians and customers.
- Regularly visit sites, ensuring there are no ongoing issues, and maximize sales opportunities at each customer's sites.
- Ensure pre-job start checklists are completed for all jobs, personal protective equipment is used in accordance with procedures, and ensure safety rules are followed at all times.
- Liaise with Engineering Team, Managers, and Administrators regarding administration requirements.
- Support all initiatives implemented within the Business unit department.
