About this role
- Support Planning process with training content
- Assist customers and internal users with features via training opportunities
- Organize and structure training and development processes for best practices
Key responsibilities
- We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Learning and Development Intern to join our team
- As a Learning and Development Intern, you will assist in the design, implementation, and evaluation of training programs and initiatives
- You will work closely with our Product team to support various projects, conduct research, and contribute to the overall success of our training efforts
- Assist in the development and coordination of training materials and resources
- Support the planning and execution of training sessions, workshops, and events
- Conduct research on industry best practices and emerging trends in Learning and Development
- Help with the analysis and reporting of training program effectiveness and participant feedback
- Assist with administrative tasks related to training programs, including scheduling and logistics
- Collaborate with team members to identify and address training needs and opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (or Higher) in Degree in Communications, Journalism, English or Marketing
- Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong interest in Learning and Development and a passion for supporting employee growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
