Sr Assoc, Digital Program Mgmt

Role Overview

We are seeking a high-caliber Strategy & Operations professional to drive planning, governance, financial rigor, and value realization across UDA’s Data, AI, and Automation portfolio.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, finance, program management, and executive communication, ensuring UDA initiatives are aligned to business outcomes and measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Portfolio Governance

• Support annual operating plans, LRP (3–5 year strategy), and investment roadmaps

• Drive intake prioritization and portfolio tracking across Data & AI initiatives

• Build executive-ready views of pipeline, funding, risks, and delivery status

Financial Management & Value Realization

• Build and manage budgets, accruals, forecasts, and LE tracking

• Partner with Finance to track spend vs value realization

• Develop business cases and ROI models for AI / Analytics use cases

• Quantify value across productivity, cost savings, revenue uplift, and differentiation

Program Performance & Reporting

• Own leadership dashboards (Asana / portfolio base)

• Ensure clean data hygiene, KPI tracking, and status governance

• Identify delivery risks early and drive mitigation

Executive Communication & Storytelling

• Create concise leadership decks and narrative summaries

• Translate technical AI/data initiatives into business impact language

• Drive QBR and monthly performance review materials

Operational Excellence

• Improve ways of working across intake → execution → reporting

• Standardize templates, governance processes, and performance cadences

• Enable data-driven decision making within UDA

Required Qualifications

• 5–7 years experience in Strategy, Consulting, Business Operations, or PMO

• Strong financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, ROI modeling)

• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders

• Advanced PowerPoint & Excel skills

• Structured thinking and problem-solving mindset
